ugh.

Its been a week. I can't really put it into words, so I drew this for you:
b-lah
Yeah, it's been that kinda week.  I had a dance school to shoot last weekend. That was busy. I was working all week before that.
Though, I did get to take the BF out for his birthday. That was nice. We went to Shogan. And Japanese grill what was run by Chinese people. Made me kind of giggle.

This week is going to be another hectic week. More work, seniors get out in like 20 days, so I've got 15 to get them all done. Ugh. I also have a baseball team I'm helping at.

All and all though, I'm pretty pumped. I'm going to Acen this year. Not really into anime as much as I used too, but I'm going with the BF. So, it should be fun.

ohohohohoh! I picked up Keri (God) Smith's  How to Be An Explorer Of The World book.  I love it! You should pick it up. Made me get out and move around.

And now, and I'm very late for this:
My 10 things to save the world! ( As seen on Swap-Bot...if you had that swap with me)

1: I carry a Mason jar around with me. I fill it with my own water. Not only is it good for you, and cheaper, but earth friendly!
2: Become a light turner offer whore. I follow my family and turn off their lights lol.
3: The ever obvious: use your own bags.
4: I can never forget to do 3, so in that case, use paper! Cats love them.
5: Do the smell test. It works, because I'm lazy and I never want to wash my clothes anyway. You also become a more talented eater.
6: Make your homepage dark. If you have a web site, make that dark too. Black doesn't take as much electric as white.
7: Turn your computer off at night.
8: Tablet PC's are awesome. I go paperless.
9: Use white vinegar to clean things. Its smells bad, but, it does the job.
10: Use cloth as tissues. I've been doing this for a while. Wash them weekly thought.
11: Plant a garden. We always need more oxygen.

Thank you Grandholm!

Alright. No craft post today. I will, how ever, tell you about my wonderful day yesterday.

So, Thank's to Granholm, Michigan has this nifty thing called Plan First. For those of you who don't know. I have a hormonal imbalance, angry uterus, and periods from Hitler's death camps. So, this Plan First thing gives me free 'Lady Exams' and birth control. Even covers Plan B, sterilization,  and abortions. I was on the pill for a while, until I was kicked from out insurance. So, since January, I've been playing the ' When is my horrid period going to start' game. Not fun.

So, My first exams. I went to the Doctors. My appointment was at 11:15. I got in at 11:35. I love the waiting game.... So, Weight. Hight. Then into the room. My blood pressure was horrid. I know it. My heart was racing. Then she couldn't find my pulse. I swear, it just proves I'm a zombie. And thats why I love them. Its because I am one, and they're my kin. Anyway. So I start cracking jokes. The person was an intern. And she was stale as high school cafeteria bread.  Then I had to pee in a cup. I'm girl. And I'm a little round. Fuck. And I just pee'd like 30 minutes ago. I squeezed what I could.  Then she tells me to get naked and put the gown on, and a white sheet to cover myself. I thought, maybe if I put the sheet over my head, I could get out of this.

So, then. I wait. 30 fucking minutes. I'm about to die. I was about to get up and leave, and then bitch someone out, then the real Doc comes in. She's nice. I love her, she's been with me when I've had all these problems.  We talk about how my family doesn't have any cancer, but uterus (uteruses?) that hate the world. She asked how my last pill went. It was like the Holocaust in my vagina. She asked me what I wanted, I told her. She wrote me 2 prescription in-case one wasn't covered. Then its go time.

She has me lay back, then like rips my thingy open. I was like uhhhhh. She she did a boob exam. I made a a save the tata's joke. She laughed. Then she has me have my ass hang off this table, and put my ankles on these things. She has me lay back and try to relax. I laughed.  Then she took out this like plastic vagina jaws of life. I though. Oh God, this is going to break me. She puts it in, and goes to town. And the only thing bad about it, was the va jay jay jaws of life. Cervix scrapping? Piece of cake. Pelvic? Piece of pie. Turns out, I do have a tilted uterus. Thanks Mom. D:<.

So, I got on the pill I want. Every 3 months baby! They also should be light. woo!! So, all you girls fretting out there, its soooo easy, and its sooooo not a huge deal.

Now after my great wall of text I give thee Smudge, and a little Hairry. Our Sphynxes. Hairry is Mom's Smudge is Dads! and She IIS SOOO CUTE!!

Smudge! lookin all cute! Best friends :)

Journaling and You! :D

(Serious voice) Hello I'm Luna and I'm here to tell you about Journaling. :p

Yes, Journaling. The important art of expressing yourself. No, it doesn't have to be just words. Journaling is sooo much more. It is using a craft to express yourself, in book form. lol. Journaling is a mirror into your world, slashed onto paper. It'll open you up to new ideas, you've never thought of. It'll have you looking at junk and saying ' I could do something with this in my journal'. It'll seriously open up a new world for you!

I've been journaling for about 6 month now. I've noticed I'be been more creative, and it really gets my juices flowing up in the brain. I've also been happier. It lets me express the way I'm feeling, and people won't judge. I use it for everything. WoW notes, scribbles, directions, pages about family, or holidays. Anything important too me. I always have mine on hand, or I have a mini journal that goes with me everywhere. You should do this too. I have a huge journal, and a mini journal. I use them both. The big one is my main one, and that stays at home with me. My mini one is places I go, or to do one the go things. And plus, its small, so I can take it anywhere.

I do get bored, or can't think of anything. I composed a list (which, is all over the place, but hey, I tried lol) here: List . Please let me know if the link works. And please send me things you do with it! My printer ran out of ink, or I'd print it off myself. lol. I came up with this after seeing Keri Smith's 100 things to do ( Link below). And I was like ' there should be a  journal one for this'. So, I made it. I hope you enjoy!

Here are some examples of my Main Journal. I took a pic of a few :) I just got into using scrap booking stuff. I'll post pics of what I do with that later.

Other reads about journaling:
If you can't think of something yourself, and really like to think out of the box, but don't know how: Keri Smith is the person to go too. She's wonderful. I have Wreck This Journal and This is Not a Book.

There's also This site. I haven't dug myself into it yet, but it has flickr group.

Sorry for the great wall of text :) But, I really just want you to try journaling! Just give it a shot. I'm like 89% you'll love it.

Busy Bee!

So, I've been super busy. I took a vacation for a week to Shipshewanna, or Amish Country. I shall post pics later in the week.

Before that!  I was working on some stuff.  I made these:
Slipper done! Slippers close up

They are super comphy. I love them, and I'm super proud of them. I finished them at 3 in the morning, and I love them. I found the pattern Here.

Then, I've been doing this awesome thing called Swap-Bot. I made a card for one of my partners:
Card
She really likes classic Winnie the Pooh. I am sorta getting into scrap booking. I typically use it in my journal. I should post pics of my journal. I also should update more. lol.
