Weekly Tea!

Hey Guys!
Weekly tea! :D

Last Week:

Wednesday: (7-14)
Frutto Blanco Pearls mixed with Precious White Peach. Also, a little nick nack my Mom got me :). It was a good tea. I put a little agave in it.
Friday:
Twinings Earl Grey. I bought it for the BF. And it still was just 'ok.' tea. So, I took it back. Lol.  D:. It's good tea for bagged stuff! I think.

This week.

Thursday:
Earl Grey Late from Starbucjs. Also got a Jimmy John's Vito for a dolla! (Dolla's make me Holla~! (Sweet Jesus, Honey Boo Boo)). It was good. I love Starbucks's tea. Tazo <3 br="br" nbsp="nbsp">
Friday:
I got something quick at Meijers before we went off to Ohio. :). It's ok. I'ts got High Fructose Corn Syrup. So, Snapple really isn't 'made from the best stuff on Earth'. Just Sayin'.

Sunday:
Coming home.  This stuff is seriously the best. I love love love Peace tea. Peace tea and Sweet Leaf. Screw the rest of the pre-made crap.
Monday:
Mint-Chilla Chai-Nilla from The Spice and Tea Exchange. :). Good stuff. I love The Spice and Tea Exchange stuff. I just wish one was closer! I should have *should have* made this a late. But, it was good with just some cinnamon agave.

Tuesday:
Mom and I made some Lemon Ginger with Cold Brew tea. I put some honey in it. And it's really good. It's settling my tummy too, with a caffeine bonus.

I interrupt this ONNM for a Recap on my Weekend!

So, OMG.. I had a great weekend. I went to Ohio. We went left Friday night. We went to Cedar Point on Saturday. And we went to the Toledo Zoo on Sunday then came home.  I had a blast. I think I got sun stroke and got blisters on my feet on Saturday though. That's what I get for being indoors 24/7. That was pretty ew. And Dad made me get a wheel chair for Sunday. That was fun. I crashed into a Baby. The baby didn't even wake up, so no therapy there. I'm a winner. Lol.

We got lost, on Saturday, driving back to the Hotel. We got into the ghetto. Which, for those of you who don't know, My Dad grew up in the heart of Detroit. He was a spec of salt, in a whole lot of pepper type thing. So, we started with Ghetto Jokes. He told me he once saw a Check cashing place, laundry mat, and a party/liqueur store, all on one. lol. I had to share. Also: Alan's tip of the day: If there is a bank, you are safe, if there is bars, run real far.

So, I give you the big pic dump of my vacation:

So. Yeah.
I am not sure if I like the water mark thing or not. I just wanted to try.
I hope you have fun looking at my pics.
I promise a Om Nom next Monday :).
How was your weekend?

August 17, 2012

Fun Friday.

Just popping in and saying I won't be on for the rest of the day, and probably tomorrow. I am going to Cedar Point with the Boys :) It's going to be fun. I also scream like crazy on roller coasters.

This is me, seriously:

Any who. I hope you guys have fun this weekend? Any Plans?

Screw Photoshop!

Ok. Not really. We all know that is how I make my money. Lol. But sometimes, even though I love PS, and I live it, I need a break. It's like a relationship. A...Relationshop? lol. But, have you seen the price tag? It's expensive  and not everyone can get it. And PS Elements, confuses me. A lot. Maybe it's because it's like, the little, funner little sister of PS, that after a while annoys you so bad, you are thinking about slamming your head against a wall to get her shut up....Ok....maybe not that bad...maybe.
Here is the image I am going to start with. I am going to use the programs and see what I get.

So, I want to talk to you guys about alternatives. There are some out there.
First, I am going to start with online stuff.
Remember Piknik? How we loved it all so much, then Google took it away from us. I found a site I like better. For realzies. It's called PicMonkey. And I have been using it a lot lately to edit my photos really quick for the blog. They will start charging in the future, but no date set yet.

There is also Aviary Advance. You might know Aviary from the iPhone app. But, before that they had/have this site. I think it is hard to use. It's good though if you need to up a Photoshop file and you don't have PS.

And as far as downloads I highly recommend GIMP. It's like 'Photoshop for the rest of us!'. You can seriously edit photos, and you can also draw. It's an open software. If I didn't have photoshop, and wanted to be a little serious about photography, this is what I would use. It's a little intimidating at first, but so can Photoshop. And you can get brushes and actions for Gimp for more variety like PS!

There you have it.
What do you think? What do you use?
